AS AMENDED
APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
CITY-OWNED PROPERTY
(~McShane - %airfield)
WHEREAS a certified survey map has been submitted to the
Common Council to finalize a three parcel drvision of the
City-owned property at the intersection of McShane and
Fairfield in the SW 1/4 of Section 12 and
WHEREAS, the certified survey map has been recommended
for approval by the City Plan Commission.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego upon the recommendation of the City Plan
Commission, does hereby approve of the certified map for a
three parcel division of the City-owned property at the
intersection of McShane and Fairfield in the SW 1/4 of
Section 12.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that it is the Common Council's
intent to invoke its prerogative to be exempt from the land
dedication fee. n
