WHEREAS a cedtified survey map has been submitted to the
Common Councyl to finalize a two parcel division of the
Kosobucki property on Mystic Drive in the NW 1/4 oP Section
14, and I I
\VIIEREAS, the certified survey map has been recommended
for approval by the City Plan Commission,
THEREFORE BEJIT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego upon the recommendation of the City Plan
Commission, does hereby approve of the certified survey
map lor a two parcel division of the Kosobucki property on
