AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO INITIATE ~ ~ ~~~
ACTION TO HAVE KURTZE LANE BECOME
A PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY
WHEREAS, in August, 1974 and in March, 1975, the Common
Council of the City of Muskego adopted resolutions supporting
the efforts of the Public Works Committee to make Kurtze Lane
a public right-of-way, and
WHEREAS, the necessary preliminary work has been completed
and further approval of the Common Council is necessary, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that the
City Attorney be authorized to initiate whatever actions are
necessary in order that Kurtze Lane can become a public
right-of-way, and
WHEREAS, a 10 year deferred payment plan with no interest on
the assessment has been recommended.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works
Committee, does hereby authorize the City Attorney to initiate
the necessary action in order that Kurtze Lane can become a
public right-of-way, with a 10 year deferment with no interest.
