ESTABLISHING A POLICY REGARDING THE RESERVATION
OF SEWER CONNECTIONS IN THE LAKE DENOON AREA
WHEREAS, the total gallonage of sewage which can be treated
and the City of Muskego, and
is limited through an agreement between the Town of Norway
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee has determined that there
are a potential 103 connections which can be made from
lands which have received a sewer assessment, and
WHEREAS, they have recommended to the Common Council that
a policy be established whereby those 103 sewer connects
shall be reserved until the balance of the available
connections are used up, and
WHEREAS, the following properties are involved:
Amann's Beach 12
Denoon Beach 1 9~
Harold DeBack 26
Art Bostater 27
Possible two lot divisions 19
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public
Sewer Cormnittee, does hereby declare its intent to reserve
until all available sewer connections in the Lake Denoon
area have been used up the following 103 sewer connections
Amann's Beach 12
Denoon Beach 19
Harold DeBack 26
Art Bostater 27
Possible two lot divisions 19
