AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO NEGOTIATE FOR THE
SALE OF CITY-OWNED LOT
(Lot 7 Krogman's Sub.)
WHEREAS, the city owns Lot 7, Krogman's Subdivision on
Center Drive, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the
Mayor be authorized to negotiate the sale of said lot,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Conunon Council of
Finance Committee, does hereby authorize the Mayor to
the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the
negotiate the sale of Lot 7, Krogman's Subdivision,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor report the results
of his efforts to the Common Council for their approval.
