ESTABLISHING POLICY REGARDING NON-COMMITTED
SEWER CONNECTIONS IN THE LAKE DENOON AREA
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Comittee has been trying to
determine the most equipable way to make the non-
committed sewer connections in the Lake Denoon area
available, and
WHEREAS, they have determined that until a suit between
Mr. Stanley Potrykus and the City of Muskego has been
resolved no final policy should be adopted, and
WHEREAS, they have recommended that the city place a
moratorium on the extension of sewers in the Lake Denoon
area with the exception of 103 previously committed
connections until June 1, 1981,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the
Public Sewer Committee, does hereby declare a moratorium
on the extension of sewers in the Lake Denoon area until
June 1, 1981
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this moratorium does not
affect the 103 connections which have previously been
committed.
