ACCEPTING LOW BID FOR RECONSTRUCTION OF
NORTH SHORE DRIVE
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has received the following
bids for the reconstruction of North Shore Drive: -

WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that the low
bids of W. K. Fredricks & Son in the amount of $113,952.60 be
accepted, and
WHEREAS, W. K. Fredricks & Son has agreed to hold their quoted price
through the completion of the project until the spring of 1981,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works Committee, does
hereby accept the low bid of W. K. Fredricks & Son for the recon-
struction of North Shore Drive in the amount of #113,952.60.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is given with the under-
pletion of the proj ct in 1981.
