DETERMINING SEWER USAGE CHARGE UNDER
SECTION 5K OF ORDINANCE #155
WHEREAS, there are several instances within the sewer district
where the buildings are not applicable to the provisions of
Ordinance #155, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee, at its meeting held
October 20, 1980, has recommended that the sewer usage
charge for those structures be waived, and
WHEREAS, Section 5K of Ordinance 11155 does provide that the
and
Common Council has the authority to make these determinations,
WHEPZAS, the Public Sewer Committee has recommended that
because the following buildings either have no plumbing fixtures
or the use of the building is almost non-existant and that the
sewer usage charges be waived,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Sewer Committee
does hereby waive the sewer service charge for the following
a
Spitzner's Flower Shop (charge will be for residence only)
Parkside Nursery (charge for residence only)
Muskego Restaurant Accessory Building
St. Paul's former church building
Boldt's Farm Store
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the City Clerk be directed to make the
necessary corrections in their sewer usage charge to the
above named buildings effective January 1, 1981.
