ACCEPTING THE LOW BID OF DO-RITE PLUMBING &
EXCAVATING CO. FOR LATERAL INSTALLATION
(North Shore Drive)
WHEREAS, the following bids were received for the instal-
lation of laterals for eleven (11) residences along North
Shore Drive

WHEREAS, Mr. Don Ern0 has requested that he also be included
in the project, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the major portion of the
reconstruction of North Shore Drive shall not take place until
the spring of 1981 and therefore spoil backfill can be used,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Sewer Committee,
Excavating Co., Inc. lateral installation with spoil backfill
does hereby award the following bid of Do-Rite Plumbing &
of eleven (11) tees at $121.00 ($11.00 per tee).
in the amount of $11,756.25 ($1,068 75 per lateral), and addition

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the total cost of the project will
