DIRECTING THE ATTORNEY TO DRAFT THE
IMPLEMENTING ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING DISTRICT
MAP OF THE CITY

WHEREAS, Mr. Thomas Berken has petitioned the Common Council
to rezone the property on the corner of Lannon Drive and Briargate
Lane in Meadow Dale Subdivision in the NW 114 of Section 10 from
RS-2 (OLR) to RS-2 (OD) (overlay for duplex), and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended that said
property be rezoned,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council, upon the
the City Attorney to draft the necessary implementing ordinance
recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby authorize
which would rezone that portion of the Thomas Berken property
Lane in Meadow Dale Subdivision from RS-2 (OLR) to RS-2 (OD)
in the NW l/4 of Section 10, corner of Lannon Drive and Briargate
(overlay for duplex).
