ACCEPTANCE OF LOW QUOTE FOR LANDSCAPE WORK
ON POLICE DEPARTMENT GROUNDS
" WHEREAS, the Common Council has approved the capital budget
for 1980 which includes $5,000.00 for landscaping the
grounds of the Police Department complex, and
WHEREAS, the Chief of Police has advised the Finance Committee
that after discussin the matter with several landscapers
it was apparent the ! 5,000.00 can only cover the grading,
seeding, fertilizing and mulching of the grounds surrounding
the Police Department, and
WHEREAS, he received several quotes for this work and has
recommended the low quote of General Landscaping (John Hein)
be in:the-amount of $4,840.00 be accepted, and e WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended to the Common Council that the low quote of General Landscaping CJohn Hein)
in the amount of $4,840.00 be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby accept the low quote of General Landscaping (John
Hein) for the grading, seeding, fertilizing and mulching of
the grounds surrounding the Police Department for $4,840.00.
