APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN DOROTHY BOLDT,
FRANK DeANGELIS AND THE CITY OF MUSKEG0
WHEREAS, Several years ago the City of Muskego reconstructed
Woods Road in the vicinity of the former Dorothy Boldt
property, and
WHEREAS, the sale of a portion of that property to Mr. Frank
DeAngelis has created disagreement between the parties because
the Woods Road right-of-way encroaches on the barn now owned
by Frank DeAngelis, and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Dorothy Boldt and Mr. Frank DeAngelis have
requested the city to cooperate in the possible settlement
of the disagreement, and e WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has agreed to an offer - by Mrs. Dorothy Boldt whereby she will quit claim sufficient I
lands to the city to resolve the problem, I
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Common Council of the City of

between the City of Muskego, Mr. Frank DeAngelis and Mrs.
