DENYING THE PETITION TO REZONE PARCEL
OF LAND FROM RS-3 TO RS-3 (00s.)

BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby affirm the recommendation of the City
Plan Commission to deny the petition of John Schaal, dated
October 14, 1980, to rezone a parcel of his property at
S76 W18149 Janesville Road from RS-3 to RS-3 (00s) for the
purpose of lawnmower and small engine repair. e
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the reasons for denial are
based on the following
1. The area is predominately residential in nature.
2. The comprehensive plan of the city does not
anticipate business in this area.
3. The Planning Consultant has reviewed this
request and has recommended denial.
