I,
APPROVING A PROPOSED DIVISION OF LAND OWNED BY
THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego owns a considerable amount of
land on the north side of McShane Road a part of which will
be used for park purposes, and
WHEREAS, sufficient lands remain to permit a three parcel
division near the intersection of McShane Road and Fairfield
Drive, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Conunittee has recommended that the Common
Council authorize the Mayor to initiate the necessary action
which would provide for division of the land into three
parcels which would then be put on the market for sale,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council, upon the
