PROVIDING BUS SERVICE TO SENIOR CITIZENS
OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
WHEREAS, the Waukesha County Department of Aging has offered
to cooperate with the city in developing a one day per week
inner-city bus service for the senior citizens, and
WHEREAS, financing of the project would be a joint effort
between the City of Muskego and Waukesha County Department of
Aging on a fifty-fifty (50-50) basis, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the program
be initiated immediately and be evaluated after December 31,
1980 to determine whether it has been successful, and
WHEREAS, the estimated cost for the year would be somewhat
less than $1,000.00,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby authorize the Mayor to execute an agreement be-
of Aging whereby inner-city bus service would be provided the

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that once the actual cost is determined
the required funds will be transferred from Unappropriated
Surplus.
