APPROVAL OF HOLDING TANK
AGFIEMENT'
(Waukesha County)
WHEFEAS, the City has received a request from Waukesha County
to ipstall a holding tank to serve the beach house being
constructed in the Waukesha County Park on Janesville Road,
and .
WHEREAS, it is necessary that an agreement be entered into
between Waukesha County and the City of Muskego whereby all
charges and costs incurred by the City for inspection,
pumping, hauling, servicing and maintaining said holding
hazard caused by such holding tank shall be paid by TJaukesha tank in such a manner as to abate any nuisance OT health

w THEWFORE, BB IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the Mayor and Clerk
to execute an agreement between Waukesha County and the
City for the installation of a holding tank to serve the
beach house in the Waukesha County Park on Janesville Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said agreement shall be recorded
with the Waukesha County Register of Deeds and shall be
binding upon the owner, their heirs and assigns and shall
continue in full force and effect as long as a holding tank
remains on the premises
