DIRECTING THE ATTORNEY TO DRAFT THE IMPLEMENTING
ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING DISTRICT
MAP OF THE CITY

WHEREAS, Mr. M. P. Blattner has petitioned the Common
Council to rezone his property located east of North
Cape Road in the NE?-, of Section 24 from R-3 to R-3 (~OA)
to provide for agricultural and related uses, and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held,
and
WHEREAS, the City Plan Commission has recommended that
said property be rezoned,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council, upon
the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby
authorize the City Attorney to draft the necessary imple-
menting ordinance which would rezone that portion of the M.P.
Blattner property, in the NE% of Sec. 24, east of North
Cape Road, from R-3 to R-3 (OA).
