RESOLUTION #16q8-80
RE-APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF
WHISPERING HILLS OF LAKE
WAUBEESEE
(Town of Norway)
WHEREAS, on August '28, 1979, the Common Council of the
City of Muskego approved a final plat for a subdivision
in the Town of Norway known as Waubeesee Lake Estates,
and
WHEREAS, said subdivision is now known as Whispering Hills
of Lake Waubeesee, and ..
WHEREAS, because of economic conditions the financing to
proceed with the development has caused the six-month
time limit for recording to lapse, and
WHEREAS, the subdivis'ion lies within the three-mile limit
of the city and therefore falls under the extra-territorial
powers of the city and it is necessary for the Common
Council to re-approve said subdivision,
THEREFORE, B.E. IT ,RESOLVED and the Cormnon Council of the City
of Muskego, upon reconhgKdat'i'on of the City Plan Commission,
does hereby re-approve of the final plat of a subdivision
in the Town of Norway known as Whispering Hills of Lake
Waubeesee.
