WHEREAS, on February 27, 1979, the Cornon Counci.1 adopted
Resolution #40-79, enti.tled, '.'.Approval of Final Plat of
Harbor Pointy and
WHEREAS, the submittal of the final plat has be'en delayed
beyond the legal limits as prescribe'd by' State Statutes
and the city's Municipal Code, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to re-.approye the final plat of Harbor
Point, 1
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Co'uncil of the
City of .Muskego does hereby re-approve the' final plat of
Harbor Point which was originally approved on February 27,
