APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a certified survey map has been submitted to the
Marvin Pellman property on S.T.H. 36 in the SE 1/4 of
Common Council to finalize a one parcel division of the
Section 26, and
WHEREAS, the certified survey map has been recommended
for approvalby the City Plan Commission,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the City Plan
map for a one parcel division of the Marvin Pellmann
Commission, does hereby approve of the certified survey
property on S.T.H. 36 in the SE 1/4 of Section 26.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the approval of the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a fee of $200.00 for the parcel
created shall be submitted to the City of Muskego in lieu
of park dedication. A I
