* TERMINATING CONDIT.IONAL USE GRANT FOR
THE REEF TAVEW
WHEREAS, Conditional Use Grant 7,26 recorded with the
Register of Deeds for the property at S86 W13988 Priegel
Drive known as The Reef Tavern should be terminated due
change of use, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended the Common
Council take the necessary action to terminate the
Conditional Use on said property, and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the City Plan
.Commission, does hereby terminate Conditional Use Grant
#26 for the Reef tavern at S86 W13988 Priegel Drive due
to change of use.
