DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT THE
IMPLEMENT ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP
OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
(Sec 9 - Lerrger)
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended the Zoning District
Map of the City of Muskego be amended so that the lands in
Section 9 presently zordRSM be rezoned to RS-2, and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby direct the City Attorney to draft the implementing
ordinance to amend the zoning district map as follows:
All lands in Section 9 presently zoned RSM
shall be rezoned RS-2
