WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a petition to rezone
Cape Road in the NE 114 of Section 24 from R-3 to R-3 (OA),
a parcel of land owned by Leonard Blattner located on North
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that a public hearing on the request
be held,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego does hereby set the public hearing
date for this rezoning request for September 23, 1980,
at 7 15 P.M.
