APPROVAL OF SETTLEMENT FOR DAMAGES IN BAY
LAWN SEWER PROJECT (Ray Musolf)
WHEREAS, the installation of sewers in the Bay Lawn Sub-
Ray Musolf, and
division required an easement which was secured from Mr.
WHEREAS, the use of the easement resulted in damages to
several trees on the property, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Musolf has agreed to settle his claim for
$1,000.00, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that
the Common Council approve the settlement,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comon Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works
Musolf whereby he will be paid $1,000.00 for several trees
Committee, does hereby approve of the settlement for Ray
on his property that were damaged by the installation of
sewers.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the cost shall be charged
against the Bay Lawn Sewer Project.
