AUTHORIZING THE CITY'S CONSULTING ENGINEERS
TO BEGIN DESIGNING THE TESS CORNERS DRAINAGE PROJECT
WHEREAS, most of the easements needed for the Tess Corners
Drainage Project have been acquired, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that
Ruekert & Mielke develop the plans and specifications in order
that the project can be bid as soon as the remaining land
is acquired,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works
Committee, does hereby authorize the city's consulting
engineers, Ruekert & Mielke, to develop plans and specifications
for the Tess Corners Drainage Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the project shall not start until
final approval by the Common Council
