RESOLUTION TO AMEND RESCUE CONTRACT BETWEEN
TESS CORNERS FIRE DEPARTMENT AND THE CITY OF MUSKEG0
WHEREAS, the Tess Corners Fire Department has requested
be amended by increasing the charges to the city for
that their 1980 contract previously approved by the city
rescue service from $60.00 to $75.00, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended to the
Common Council that the proper amendment be made,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby agree to an amendment to the
contract between the City of Muskego and the Tess Corners
Volunteer Fire Department which would increase the fees
for rescue service from $60.00 to $75.00 per call.
