APPROVAL OF HOLDING TANK AGREEMENT

WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a request from
John D. Huber to install a holding tank at 586 W13988
Preigel Drive in the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, a permit from the State Board of Health is dependent
County Board of Health and further that a deposit of $1,000.00
upon approval from the City of Muskego and the Waukesha
has been made with the city to guarantee compliance with the
rules and regulations of the State Board of Health, and
WHEREAS, the Waukesha County Health Board has approved of the
installation of said ‘holding tank,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the installation of a
holding tank by John D. Huber on the property located at
S86 W13988 Preigel Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are

WHEREAS, application has been made for a building

requires that a holding tank be installed on the property for
the purpose of proper disposal of domestic sewage.
NOW, THEREFORE, in considerntion and as an inducement

for the above described premises, the Owners hereby agree and
to issue a holding tank permit

its Plmhing Inspector or Health Officer deems'it necessary.to pump

2. That all charges and costs incurred by the Town+
servicing and maintaining said holding tank in such a manner as to

prevent or abate any nuisance or health hazard caused by such
holding tank shall be paid by the Ovners. Citv of hlllckevg
shall notify the Owners of any such cost which shall be paid by
