RESOLUTION 11139-80
AMENDING THE CITY'S RETIREMENT PROGRAM TO
INCLUDE EMPLOYEES THROUGH AGE 60
WHEREAS, the city's present Retirement Program provides
is not permitted to participate in the program, and
that no employee hired by the city who is over age 55
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the
program be amended to provide retirement benefits to
new employees who are hired by the city unless they have
reached the age of 61,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize the Mayor to have the
city's Retirement Program amended in order that it can
include new employees who are 60 xears of age or younger.
