AUTHORIZING REFUND OF SEWER USAGE FEES TO
THOMAS JEWELERS AND DOGGIE BOTIQUE
WHEREAS, it has been determined that Thomas Jewelers and
Doggie Botique in the Parkland Mall were overcharged in
the amount of $104.00 and $52.00 respectively for sewer
usage fees, and
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Committee and the Finance
be made,
Committee have recommended that the necessary refund
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the
hereby authorize the Clerk-Comptroller to refund to
Public Sewer Committee and the Finance Committee, does
Thomas Jewelers, $104.00 and Doggie Botique, $52.00 for
overcharges made by the Sewer Utility,
