WAIVING USAGE FEE FOR THEATER FOR 4TH
QUARTER OF 1979
WHEREAS, sewage usage fees for the 4th quarter of 1979
Parkland Theater, and
in the amount of $66.00 have not been paid by the
WHEREAS, the former owners of the theater cannot be
located, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recornended that the
fees be waived,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation .of the Finance
Parkland Theater for the 4th quarter of 1979 in the
Committee, does hereby waive sewer usage fees to the
amount of $66.00. "
