RENEWAL OF EXTRACTIVE PERMIT. FOR STATE SAND AM) GRAVEL
WHEREAS, State Sand and Gravel Company has requested a renewal
of Conditional Use Grant #37 for an Extractive Permit, and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission, after public hearing, has
recommended that the permit be granted, and
WHEREAS, the city has on file a restoration bond in the amount
of $100,000.00,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Cormnon Council of tke City
of Muskego does hereby accept the recommendation of the Plan
Commission and does--hereby approve the renewal of Conditional
Use Grant 1/37 for an extractive permit for State Sand and
Gravel and Payne and Dolan of Wisconsin for the period from
July 2, 1980 to July 2, 1981.
