APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT - AMERICAN EAGLE MANOR
(Town of Waterford)
WHEREAS, the city has received a request for the approval of
a final plat for a subdivision in the Town of Waterford
known as American Eagle Manor, and
WHEREAS, it is within the three mile limit of the City of
Muskego and therefore falls under the extra-territorial
powers of the city, and
WHEREAS, the P1anCormis;ion has recommended to the Common
Council approval of the final plat,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the City Plan
Commission, does hereby approve of the final plat of a
proposed subdivision in the Town of Waterford known as
American Eagle Manor.
