FESOLUTION j,133-80
APPROVAL OF FUNDS TO OFFSET VFW PARADE EXPENSE
WHEREAS, the V.F.W. has requested the city help offset a
portion of the costs for the parade held annually during
the Country Fairs Days to be held on August 24, 1980, and
WHEREAS, it has been the city’s practice over the past
several years to contribute monies towards this event, and
WHEREAS, monies for such special events have been provided
for in the 1980 City Budget, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended the Common
Council approve an expenditure in the amount of $1,200.00
parade,
for a portion of the expenses incurred to sponsor a
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
amount of $1,200.00 to help offset a portion of the cost
