CCR1980112RESOLUTION #112-80 URGING THE TOWN OF NORWAY SANITARY .SEWER DISTRICT COMMISSIONERS TO EXPAND THE LAKE DENOON SEWER DISTRICT BOUNDARIES WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego and the Common Council have rezoned an area around Lake Denoon to reflect the city's development philosophy in that area, and will be available in the future, and WHEREAS, that rezoning recognizes that public sewer is or WHEREAS, a portion of two properties were omitted from the original Lake Denoon Sewer District, and . WHEREAS, 'the two properties were assessed for sewers. and WHEREAS, it has been the policy of the city to include entire ownerships of land in a sewer district when that land is assessed, and WHEREAS, any change in the Lake Denoon Sewer District boundaries must be approved by the Commissioners of the Town of Norway Sanitary Sewer District, and -. . . ~. i WHEREAS,-the Common Council of the City of Muskego feels that it is their prerogative to determine where .growth 'in the city shall take place, and WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego agrees that any .changes in the boundaries would not affect limits which have been established on the volume of sewage which will be treated by the Town of Norway, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cormnon Council of the City of Muskego does hereby urge the Comissioners of the Town of Norway Sewer Districtto amend the agreement be- tween the City of Muskego and the Town of Norway Sanitary Sewer District in order that all property within the Lake Denoon included within the sewer district boundaries CSee attached map).
