DENIAL OF CLAIM
(H. Rice)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a claim
from Harriet J. Rice in the amount of $1,390.62
involving assessment for sewers in the Lake Denoon
District (District M), and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee, upon the advice of the City Attorney, has reconmend that the claim
be denied,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council
of the City of Muskego, upon the recomendation
of the Finance Committee, does hereby deny the claim
of Harriet J. Rice in the amount of $1,390.62.
