CCR1980102RESOLUTION # 102-80 AMENDED RELOCATION ORDER AND DETERMINATION OF NECESSITY (32.05) AMENDING RESOLUTION 49-80 BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO, WAUKESKA COUNTY, WISCONSIN, pertaining to the acquisition of ownership in certain lands for a storm drainage and water course system in the City of Muskego. * of certain lands and easements WHEREAS, on March 25, 198U, the Common Council of the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, adopted Resolution 49-80; WHEREAS, the Common Council wishes to correct said Resolution as shown on the map attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "C" and as shown on the legal descriptions attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "D"; NOW, THEREFORE, the Common Council of the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, hereby amends said Relocation Order as shown on Exhibit "C" and as described on Exhibit "D" which are attached hereto and laade a part hereof. That the only areas affected by said change are the areas known as the detention area and the area described on Exhibit C" as permanent storm drainage easement.
