AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT BETWEEN WPS
(WISCONSIN PHYSICIAN'S SERVICE) AND THE CITY
OF MUSKEG0 FOR HEALTH INSURANCE FOR CITY
EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, it is necessary to execute a contract for health
insurance for employees of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the
WPS (Wisconsin Physician's Service) policy would be more
advantageous to the city,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize the execution of an
Physician's Service for health insurance for employees of
contractbetween the City of Muskego and WPS (Wisconsin
the City of Muskego.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized to sign the contract in the name of the City. -
