RESOLUTION GRANTING EXTENSION OF TIME
TO PLAN COMMISSION ON REZONING REQUEST ('M. Heise)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a request from
Attorney William T. Schmid on behalf of Michael P. Heise
to defer action on his petition to rezone certain lands
from RS-1 to RSM until the Wisconsin Housing Finance Authority
has had an opportunity to review the suitability of the
proposed site according to its criteria for financing and other
matters, and
WHEREAS, because of this deferral the Plan Commission will
not make its recommendation within the time limits prescribed
by the Zoning Ordinance.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby grant to its Plan Commission an extension
of time to make its recommendation until the Wisconsin Housing
Finance Authority has reviewed the proposed site and the City
is requested to take action by Mr. Heise.
