ESTABLISHING BENEFITS FOR NON-REPRESENTED. CITY
OF MUSKEGO EMPLOYEES FOR THE YEAR 1980
WHEREAS, it is necessary to establish benefits for the year
1980 for non-represented employees of the city, and
.* WHEREAS, the Finance Committee of the Common Council has
recommended certain changes in the benefits presently received
by the non-represented employees,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby provide the non-represented employees of the City
benefit program:

1. Increased retirement contribution to 44c per hour.
2 No employee shall accrue vacation during the first six
months of employment, providing however, that once an
employee has accrued six months of seniority he shall
accrue vacation from his date of hire.
