DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT AN ORDINANCE .TO
AMEND THE ZONING DESTRICT MAP OF THE CITY

@ the City of Muskego that a parcel of land owned by Allan
WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the Plan Commission of
Merfert in the NW% of Section 1 be rezoned from RS-2 (OHS)
to RS-2 (OOS), and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the City Plan
Commission, does hereby direct the City Attorney to draft
the necessary ordinance to amend the zoning district map
of the City of Muskego by rezoning the following described
property from RS-2 (OHS) to RS-2 (00s):
