CCR1980091RESOLUTION #91-80 DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF THE CITY OF MUSKEG0 (NW Corner Racine €X Hwy 24) WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended that the present Avenue be rezoned to RS2, and B2 zoning on the northwest corner of S T.H. 24 and Racine WHEREAS, that recommendation is based on the following: The parce1,which is less than 500 feet long and elopment. 150 feet wide is too small for commercial dev- Because of the controlled access, any development in that area, be it commercial or residendial, will have to be part of an overall plan in order to assure access to the property. Removal of the zoning would provide the city with greater flexibility in the development of the land in that area. And, WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the Commission, does hereby direct the City Attorney to draft City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the City Plan district map of the City of Muskego by rezoning the following the implementing ordinance which would amend the zoning described property from B2 to RS2: All that property presently zoned of Racine Avenue and S.T.H. 24 in B2 located on the northwest corner the SEk of Section 8.
