APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
FOR AMERICAN EAGLE MANOR SUBDIVISION
(Town of Waterford)
WHEREAS, the city has received a request for the approval of
a preliminary plat for a subdivision in the Town of Waterford
known as American Eagle Manor Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, it is located within the three-mile limit of the
City of.Muskego and therefore falls under the extra territorial
powers of the city, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended to the Common
Council approval of the preliminary plat,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve of the preliminary plat of a proposed
subdivision in the Town of Waterford known as American Eagle
Manor.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this approval is subject to
approval of all objecting and approving agencies.
