ACCEPTANCE OF LOW BID FOR INSTALLATION OF
SANITARY SEWER ON'NORTH SHORE DRIVE
WHEREAS, on April 22, 1980, the Common Council, upon the
recommendation of the Sewer Committee, authorized the city's
consulting engineers to advertise for bids for North Shore
Drive extensions, and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

WHEREAS, the city's consulting engineers and the Public Sewer
Committee have recommended that the bid for installation
of sanitary sewer on North Shore Drive be awarded to D & K
Construction Corporation,minus the cost of 3" bituminous pavement replacement.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Connnon Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recornendation of the Public Sewer Cornittee, does fiereby accept the low bid of D & K Construction Corporation
in the amount of'$29,511.25 for the installation of sanitary
sewer in the North Shore Drive extensionsminus the cost of the
the city for the installation of sewer at $21,158.75.

authorized to execute the necessary legal documents in the name of the city. n
