DECLARING CERTAIN WEEDS TO BE NOXIOUS IN THE

WHEREAS, Section 136.96 of the Wisconsin Statutes sets forth
certain weeds to be declared noxious, and
WHEREAS, Section 66.96 provides that the Common Council, by
resolution, may declare other weeds noxious,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, pursuant to Section 66.96 of the Wisconsin
Statutes, declares tha't the followhg weeds by termed noxious weeds
within the boundaries of the City of Muskego, Waukesha County,
Wisconsin;

Perennial Sow- Thistle
Bull Thistle
Cockleburr
Leafy Spurge
Field Bindweed
Wild Mustard
Poison Ivy
Wild Radish
White Cockle
