SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR
REZONING REQUEST
(Merfert)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a petition
from Allan Merfert to rezone a parcel of land owned
by him located at S65 W13964 Janesville Road from
OHS to OOS, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that a public hearing on
the request be held,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego does hereby set the public hearing
date for the Allan Merfert request for May 13, 1980,
at 7:15 YM.
