ACCEPTANCE OF BID FOR THE SALE OF A 1950
MODEL OLIVER TRACTOR
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee had authorized that
bids be advertised for the sale of a Model 1950 Oliver tractor, and
WHEREAS, the following bids have been received:

WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended the high
bid received from Kevin Wustmann in the amount of $400.00 be
accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council, upon the
recommendation of the Public Works Committee does hereby accept
the high bid of $400.00 from-Kevin Wustmann for a Model 1950
Oliver tractor.
