AUTHORIZING A SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR OFFICE EQUIPMENT
BETWEEN CITY OF MUSKEG0 AND TRW CUSTOMER SERVICE DIVISION
(Three Friden Adding Machines)
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that a proposed
one year maintenance agreement for three Friden Office Machines
in city hall with TRW Customer Service Division, be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
does hereby approve of an agreement between the City of Muskego
agreement at a cost not to exceed $147.00 to service three Friden
and TRW Customer Service Division for a one year maintenance
adding machines in city hall.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be authorized to
execute the agreement in behalf of the city.
