RESOLUTION $64-80
ACCEPTANCE OF BID FOR CULVERT INSTALLATIONS
WHEREAS- the Common Counci.1 of the City-of Muskego ..directed-..-
the:-~Cityi Clerk. to advertise, for bids .for the! installatior .
of driveway culverts in the city, and
WHEREAS, Brookfield Culvert Company has submitted a bid in
accordance to specifications set forth, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended the bid ,
of Brookfield Culvert Company .to install all culverts for
private drivesrwithin the City of Muskego f0r.a one year -
period be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE..IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the - -
City of Muskego ;- upon :.the-~recomendation of m the^ Public Works
Committee, does hereby accept- the' bid of Brookfield Culvert
Company to install all culverts for priyate drives within
the City of Muskego for a one year period.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute the necessary document in
the name of the City.
