AUTHORIZING A SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR OFFICE EQUIPMENT
BETWEEN CI.TY OF MUSKEl3O AND BURROUGHS CORPORATION

'4 WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that a'proposed
one-year Maintenance Agreement for a Check Protector in City
Hall with Burroughs Corporation be approved,
THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Musk~ego does hereby approve of an agreement between the City
of Muskego and Burroughs Corporati.on for a one-year Maintenance
Agreement at a cost not to exceed $150.00'for a Burmughs Check
Protector.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be authorized to
1 execute the agreement in behalf of the City.
