TRANSFER OF FUNDS .
J
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Department, Library and
Assessor's Office have purchased items which had previously
been approved when the Common Council adopted the Capital
Budget for 1980, and
WHEREAS, moni-es for the 1980 Capital Budget Program have
not been borrowed as yet, and
WHEREAS, there are funds available in the Unappropriated Surplus
Capital funds, and
WHEREAS, the Finance 'Committee has recommended that the Common
Council approve the purchase of railroad ties for the Parks and
Recreation Department in the amount of $2,000.00, the installation
purchase of several items in the Library in the amount of
of shelving and drawers in the Assessor's Office, and for the
$5,537.32, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that funds for
Council in Resolution 1/46-80 should also come from these funds,
the purchase of the soil shredder, approved by the Comon
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee
does hereby approve the purchase of the following items:
Public Works Department Soil shredder $12,500.00
Assessor's Office Shelving and desk 390.00
Park & Recreation Railroad ties 2,000.00
Library Press Center for
Laminator 250.00
Steno Chairs (2) ~ -250.. 00
16 mm Projectors (2) 2,000 00
Se-Lin Label System 232 96
Periodical Displayer 404 36
Shelving 2,400 00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that funds needed for these purchases
shall be taken from the Unappropriated Capital Budget Funds
